These general terms of use (GTU) govern access to and use of the GuDeal platform (local promotions) and its GuDSell module (classifieds between individuals), available at gudeal.vu and its associated subdomains.
By accessing the platform, the user unconditionally accepts these GTU. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
GuDeal is a service for publishing promotions and deals offered by local merchants in Port Vila and Efate, Vanuatu. Coupons and discount codes are provided for information purposes only. GuDeal acts as a communication intermediary and is not party to the commercial relationship between the user and the merchant.
GuDSell is a classifieds platform allowing individuals to post and browse listings for selling, buying, or exchanging goods and services in Port Vila. GuDSell connects sellers and buyers without intervening in transactions.
Browsing GuDeal is free and unrestricted. Posting listings on GuDSell requires creating a user account. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
GuDeal reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these GTU, without prior notice or compensation.
GuDSell users are solely responsible for the listings they post. Any unlawful, misleading, offensive, or illegal content under ni-Vanuatu law is strictly prohibited. GuDeal reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content without justification.

GuDeal does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or validity of the promotions and listings published on its platform. In the event of a dispute between a user and a merchant or another user, GuDeal cannot be held liable.
The platform is provided “as is” and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or force majeure.
All elements of the GuDeal platform (design, text, code, logos, icons) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The processing of personal data collected via GuDeal is described in our Privacy policy. By using the platform, you accept this processing.
These GTU are governed by the law of the Republic of Vanuatu. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Port Vila, Vanuatu.
GuDeal reserves the right to amend these GTU at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the platform. It is recommended to check this page regularly.
