GuDeal is committed to protecting its users’ privacy. This privacy policy describes what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is processed and protected when using the GuDeal and GuDSell platforms.

In its current version (prototype), GuDSell stores user and listing data directly in the browser via localStorage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers. It can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.
This local storage architecture will evolve towards a secure server-side system in future versions of the platform.

GuDeal does not use advertising tracking cookies. The only browser-side storage used is localStorage, exclusively for session data and user preferences (language, login).

Although the prototype version of GuDSell uses local storage, we take reasonable precautions to avoid any unintended exposure of user data. Passwords will not be stored in plain text in future production systems.
The GuDSell platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors.
GuDeal reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the platform after any amendment, you accept the new policy.
